Please read this USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") carefully and make sure that you fully understand it. You will have the opportunity to accept or reject the terms of this Agreement during the installation process. You may not activate, or use the IMS System, herein after called "SOFTWARE" unless you agree to the terms of this Agreement during the activation process.

If you accept the terms of this Agreement and activate, the SOFTWARE, you effectively become the USER. You will always have the opportunity to cancel the SOFTWARE by contacting FrontRunner Professional Inc. ("FRP") and having your system removed from their server(s).
